The more you challenge yourself the more you grow, both physically and mentally. It makes you feel great, allowing you to move forward with a mindset focused on setting goals and achieving them effortlessly, while positively influencing your biochemistry.
A Lifelong Journey of Learning and Healing
This journey of self-healing led me to dive deeper into nature’s incredible ability to restore and nourish. I pursued studies in yoga, pilates, and health coaching, earning certifications from the Health Coach Institute and the Global Healing Institute. My passion for learning continues to grow, as I believe staying up to date with the latest insights in natural healing is essential to serving others better. In 2025, I am expanding my knowledge further by studying the fundamentals of herbology with Jana Schmidt, ND, MH.
